Old town or new square first: a planning call
Highlights
- A planning call, not a filmed walk
- Old town or new square, compared
- A route built around your time
- A map talked through on screen
- Notes sent after, plan included
About this tour
This call is a planning conversation about the order to see Mostar's old and new sides rather than a filmed walk. I talk through starting at the mosque and the old caravanserai site compared with beginning at the modern square instead, and I explain what each order actually changes. It stays a conversation rather than a live walk.
We look at a simple map I share on screen, and I ask what you are most interested in before suggesting an order. I send a short written note afterwards with the plan we settled on.
This suits anyone who wants a clear plan before their first hour in the city. It also suits anyone choosing between Mostar's older and newer sides with limited time.

- A 30-minute call with a local guide
- Honest tips on where to eat, stay and what to skip
- A short follow-up note with every place mentioned

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
