Shardeni Street as the evening crowd arrives
Highlights
- A street filling for the evening
- Terraces setting up one by one
- Older buildings behind newer fronts
- Old Tbilisi after dark
- A feel for a night out here
About this tour
This short session shows Shardeni Street as it fills up for the evening, one of Old Tbilisi's busiest short lanes after dark. You see terraces setting up and the street's older buildings behind them. It stays on this one street for the whole call.
We move slowly along the street as the crowd builds, pausing once at a terrace being set up, since the change happens quickly once evening starts. I point out the older architecture behind the newer fronts and answer questions as we go.
It suits anyone who wants a feel for the old town's evening energy, and travellers deciding where to spend a night out.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
