About this tour
This session follows one of the city's livelier evening stretches, a run of canal-side bars just outside the busiest part of the centre. You see the terraces filling up as the evening goes on and then a view back over the water from a nearby bridge, with the lights reflecting on the canal. It is a shorter, atmosphere-first session rather than a history walk.
We start once the terraces are properly busy rather than too early, and keep commentary light so the atmosphere carries most of the session. I answer questions about the area between quieter moments.
It suits viewers looking for a local, less touristy evening spot rather than the main square. It pairs well with an earlier daytime session in the historic centre.
