Aghmashenebeli Avenue's bakeries and courtyard cafes
Highlights
- A wood-fired oven in action
- Fresh bread pulled straight out
- What marks a good crust
- One bakery, explained closely
- A morning routine on the avenue
About this tour
This short session shows a wood-fired bakery on Aghmashenebeli Avenue as the morning batch comes out of the oven. You see the oven itself and the bread as it is pulled out, explained step by step. It stays inside one bakery for the whole call.
We spend the time moving between the oven at the back and the counter out front, since the point is watching the process end to end. I explain what makes a good loaf and take questions about ingredients.
It suits anyone curious about Georgian bread and pastry beyond a cafe counter, and travellers who enjoy watching a process up close.
Included
- Live video session with a local guide
- A close look at the dishes and where locals buy them
- A short list of places and dishes to try later
Not included

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
