I collect old Madrid metro maps as a hobby, which is probably why the closed Chamberí station is my favourite thing to show on camera even though you can only see it from street level now. On a separate call I explain Palacio de Liria and a few of the city's other private palaces you cannot simply walk into, using photographs and plans rather than a live camera. I am new to guiding, so I still check my facts carefully before a session rather than trusting memory alone. I answer questions plainly and say when something is a detail I am still confirming.
