I studied the history of science in Warsaw before moving back to Toruń, so the Copernicus house has always felt like the obvious place to start guiding. On camera I like to slow right down at the models explaining his theory, since most people never actually see how the old and new systems compared side by side. In St James's Church I point the camera straight up rather than around the room, because the vaulting is easy to miss if you are looking at eye level. I keep my sessions detailed rather than quick, since Toruń rewards a slower look.
