Beatriz Ferreira

I have lived in Bairro Alto for most of my adult life, first as a student and later running sessions from the same streets I used to stumble home through. On camera I show the neighbourhood twice, once early when the shutters are still down and once after dark when the bars spill onto the pavement, since it is genuinely two different places depending on the hour. I keep the evening sessions steady and unhurried even as the street gets louder around me. Seven years of guiding has taught me that Bairro Alto rewards patience more than a fast walk through it.
