Camille Dubois

I grew up walking through Vieux Lille on the way to school, past the same brick facades I now point a camera at every week. I trained as a tour guide the traditional way before the city's tours moved onto video, and the switch took some adjusting. On camera I like standing back far enough to show a whole building rather than cropping in on a single door, since the Flemish style only really makes sense as a full facade. I answer questions about the city's Spanish and Flemish past in as much detail as anyone wants. French and English both come easily after years of practice.
