I have worked as a volunteer at Kew Gardens for a decade, so most of my sessions still run through the glasshouses and the treetop walkway I know better than most staff by now. I also cover Richmond Park early in the morning, when the deer are most likely to be out grazing close to the paths and the light across the grass is at its best. I keep sessions slower than most, since both places reward patience far more than a brisk walk-through ever could. Ten years in, I still find a plant or a view I had somehow missed before.
