I have spent most weekends of my adult life swimming off the rocks at Exiles, so I know exactly which ledge stays calm when the rest of the coast gets choppy. On camera I move between the old Art Nouveau buildings at Balluta and the quieter garden further south, pointing out details in the ironwork that most people walk past without noticing. I trained as an architect before guiding, and it still shapes how I read a street. My calls run at a steady pace, and I answer building questions in as much detail as anyone wants.
