I have worked for years in and around St James's Gate, so the Liberties' distilling and brewing history is something I know from the neighbourhood itself rather than a brochure. On camera I also like showing Phoenix Park's deer herd and monuments, since both subjects come from paying close attention to a single Dublin quarter over a long time. Six years of guiding on video has taught me to keep sessions focused rather than trying to cover too much ground. I answer every question properly as it comes.
