I have worked around Skopje's produce market for years, first helping at my aunt's stall and now guiding instead. On camera I follow what the market actually sells each morning, from fresh produce to a bakery nearby making the day's burek. My other session stays in the centre, looking at the main square's fountains and the Stone Bridge once the evening lights come on, since both change completely once the sun goes down. I know the market vendors personally, so I can usually get them to explain their own produce on camera, and I keep both sessions practical and warm.
