I grew up a short walk from the Markt, and I still think the Belfry looks different depending on the light and the season. My sessions usually move between the main square, the Burg nearby and the canal corner at Rozenhoedkaai, since together they cover the three views most people come to Bruges expecting to see. I like slowing down at the details a quick pass would miss, a carved facade or the reason a canal bend became so photographed. I keep a warm, steady pace and always leave proper time for questions at the end.
