I have worked evenings around the cliffside bars built into the old walls for years, so I know exactly when the light and the crowd both peak at once. On camera I walk out to one of those cliffside spots at sunset, then later in the night I show the old town's main evening strip once it properly fills. Both are Dubrovnik after dark, just at very different volumes. Six years of covering both sides has made me fairly good at reading which mood a booking actually wants.
