I worked as a groundskeeper at Malahide Castle for years before moving into guiding, so its demesne and the coastal path nearby are ground I know from actual daily work rather than a guidebook. On camera I like showing the estate's walled gardens and the shoreline walk together, since both come from the same stretch of coast north of the city. Six years of guiding on video has taught me to plan a session around the tide and the light rather than a fixed script. I answer questions live as they come.
