Friederike Lange

Everyone calls me Fritzi. I grew up in Potsdam, went to school in Babelsberg, and did my degree in landscape planning at the TU, so most of my tours are outside the centre where Berlin gets green and a bit wild. I spent a year in Lyon on Erasmus and came back with French and a bike habit. In winter I work part time for the Tempelhofer Feld park team, which means I know where the skylarks nest and why you should not walk through the fenced bits in April. My favourite thing to show visitors is that you can be in a forest ten minutes after leaving an S-Bahn station. If you are travelling with a teenager who is bored of museums, send them to me. These days I guide Berlin live on video: I walk the streets with my phone and answer your questions as we go.
