Katarzyna Dąbrowska

I am Kasia, a Warsaw girl from Mokotów. I trained as a pianist at the Chopin University of Music and played in hotel lobbies and at weddings for years before I admitted to myself that I liked talking to the guests more than playing for them. I lived in Lyon for two years with a French boyfriend, and although the boyfriend did not last, the French did. My tours are about two things I love: Chopin, whose music I have played since I was seven, and Warsaw food, which has become very good in the last ten years without anyone abroad noticing. On the Chopin trip I sometimes play a short piece if there is a piano, but only if you ask. I have a small dog called Mazurek who is very spoiled. I now guide live on video from Warsaw, with my phone as the camera and time for your questions all the way through.
