Dean Village is barely a street wide in places and I love how a phone camera can actually capture that scale better than a wide shot ever could. I grew up by the coast, so Portobello feels like home even though it's a tram ride from where I live now. On a session I try to give equal weight to the built and the natural side of this city, since Edinburgh has both close together in a way few capitals do. Guiding on video has taught me to narrate more, since you can't just point and let someone look, you have to describe it.
