St George's Market is where my family has held a stall for three generations, so my sessions there come with a fair amount of personal history attached. On camera I try to show the market's Victorian roof as much as the stalls themselves, since the building is genuinely worth explaining before you even get to the food. I trained in food science before joining the family stall properly, which helps when explaining what makes certain produce different. I keep my pace unhurried and always point out at least one thing regular visitors tend to miss.
