I have worked in kitchens around Svornosti Square for most of my adult life, so food is always where I start when I guide. My sessions cover the square itself and the Eggenberg brewery that has operated in the town since the 16th century, along with a bakery known for its spit-roasted pastry. I like explaining how a small town fed itself for centuries rather than only naming old buildings. My style is warm, and I always leave time for questions about anything I have shown you.
