Manos Kardasis

My family has lived in Halki for three generations, close enough to the old distillery that I grew up with the smell of citron leaves in the air most autumns. On camera I like showing the village's old mansions before explaining how kitron is actually made, since most visitors only ever taste it without knowing the process. I also walk the Tragaea valley often, since my grandfather's land sits among those same olive groves, and I end my evenings showing Chora's harbour bars where I usually go for a drink myself. I keep the pace relaxed and I am happy to slow down for questions.
