I have worked in Cardiff's shopping arcades for years, first behind a counter and now as a guide, and I still think they are the most overlooked part of the city centre. On camera I like to hold the phone up towards the glazed roofs, since the light through Victorian glass is not something a photograph usually captures well. I also enjoy walking the bay promenade, where the old docks and the new waterfront sit right next to each other. I keep my calls friendly and unhurried, with plenty of time for questions about the buildings we pass.
