I have lived in Neustadt for over a decade, in one of the streets just behind the Kunsthofpassage, so I have watched the courtyards there go from a quiet renovation project to one of the district's best-known corners. On camera I like showing how each courtyard was given its own theme, since walking between them on video captures the contrast better than a single photo ever could. I also guide a later session through the bars and street art nearby once the evening crowd arrives. I keep a relaxed, conversational pace and enjoy questions about how the district actually changed over the years.
