I have danced in my neighbourhood's Festa Major since I was a child, so I explain it on a call using my own photographs rather than footage from a single week each year. On a second call I talk through the Christmas market by the cathedral in the same way, using older recordings and my own memory of it. On a third I explain castells, the human towers, using a small model to show how the levels actually build. I keep every call detailed and personal, since these traditions live in memory as much as in any single visit.
