My grandmother baked gingerbread from moulds that have been in our family for three generations, so guiding people through Toruń's gingerbread tradition felt like an obvious choice once video calls became normal. On the museum call I like lingering by the oven, since the smell alone tells half the story even through a screen. On the mould call I hold up pieces from my own kitchen rather than the museum's collection, which makes the session feel more personal. I keep both sessions warm and a little slower paced than most.
