About Ondřej

I have worked in and around Czech pubs for over a decade, so beer is always where I start when people ask about Prague. My sessions cover a working pilsner hall and the brewing history behind it, and I also run a shorter call for anyone who wants the story without the walk. I like explaining why beer here is often cheaper than bottled water rather than only naming styles. My style is warm, and I always leave time for questions.
