I trained as a guide inside Palau Güell itself before it became a museum, so I still notice details in the ironwork most visitors walk past. On camera I keep close to the facade's parabolic arches, since the building looks nothing like a typical Rambla frontage from further back. At Plaça Reial I linger on the lampposts, a very early Gaudí commission long before Park Güell existed. I move slowly between both stops, because Gaudí's early work rewards a close look far more than a quick pass.
