About Pasquale
My family has a lemon grove in the hills above Sorrento, under the old chestnut pergolas that keep the fruit out of the worst sun. My grandmother made limoncello in a bathtub, which I do not recommend, and we now make it properly in a small lab behind the house. I run two things. I was a waiter in London for eight years, and my English still has some of that in it. I now guide live on video from Sorrento, with my phone as the camera and time for your questions all the way through.
