I have worked as a lifeguard and later a bar manager along the south coast for most of my adult life, so I know the rhythm of a beach club day from the first sunbed to the last song. On camera I show Psarrou by day and then a different session through the bar streets of Chora once the sun goes down, since the island genuinely changes character between the two. I keep my walks unhurried and I like slowing down whenever someone asks about a specific bar or beach club.
