Psarrou Beach: a sheltered bay by day
Highlights
- A sheltered bay calmer than its neighbours
- Sunbeds, bar and DJ booth explained
- A south coast beach day, stage by stage
- Calm water on a typically windy coast
- A preview before choosing your beach
About this tour
This session covers Psarrou Beach, one of the more sheltered bays on the south coast, and the beach club layout that has become typical there. Petros explains why this particular bay stays calmer than others nearby even on windy days. The camera moves between the open sand and the edge of a club terrace to show both sides of a beach day here.
Petros checks his connection at the sunbeds before walking toward the club terrace, timing the route so the beach's rhythm through the middle of the day comes through. He answers questions about the clubs and the beach itself as he goes. A short list of what was seen follows the call.
This suits travellers deciding which beach suits their trip, especially those who prefer calmer water. It also works well as a preview before booking sunbeds directly.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
