Plamen Dimitrov

I worked for years as a fishmonger inside the Central Market Hall before turning to guiding full time, so the fish counters there are still something I read like a menu rather than a display. On camera I show the daily catch and explain what each fish actually is, since half the questions I get are simply about names. I also cover the Varna Necropolis gold at the archaeological museum, filmed from outside since the cases themselves stay behind glass indoors. I run a relaxed, chatty session and enjoy questions about food as much as history.
