I trained as a local historian, and Vlad Dracul House is still the building visitors ask me about most, since it is traditionally said to be the birthplace of Vlad the Third, the prince better known abroad as Vlad the Impaler. On camera I move from the house to the surviving citadel towers nearby, explaining which craft guild once defended each stretch of wall. I keep a formal, fairly detailed pace and try to separate the historical prince from the later legend as clearly as I can. Video works well for a citadel like this, since the camera can move between house and wall in only a few steps.
