I studied archaeology and spent two summers on the dig that uncovered more of the Roman theatre under the Pópulo, so I still know exactly which houses sit on top of which seating rows. On camera I explain the theatre from street level, since most of it remains under private buildings today. I also spend time outside the Gran Teatro Falla, whose brick horseshoe arches always surprise people expecting something more plain. I answer questions about what is buried but not yet excavated, which tends to be the part people find most interesting.
