Rocío Castellanos Peña

I trained as a sommelier before I started guiding, so most of my calls end up drifting toward wine even when they start somewhere else. From the entrance terrace of Casa del Rey Moro I show the garden's terraced layout, designed by a French landscape architect in the early 20th century, without going into the ticketed staircase further inside. On a separate call I explain how the wines of the Serranía de Ronda have grown from a local secret into something increasingly known further afield. I keep both sessions relaxed, since neither is meant to rush anyone.
