About Ruairí
I studied 18th-century architecture and worked as a tour guide at Marino Casino before moving fully onto video, so its unusual design is something I can explain in real depth. I also guide sessions around Croke Park's history, since Gaelic games have been part of my own family for three generations. Five years of guiding on video has taught me to let an unusual building's details sit on screen properly before I explain the ideas behind them. I always answer questions properly rather than rushing past a good one.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
