I worked weekends at the covered market as a student, so I still know which stalls have kept the same families running them for decades. My sessions move stall by stall rather than trying to summarise the whole market in one sweep, since the small differences between neighbouring stalls are what make it interesting. On camera I like asking questions of the space itself, what a certain smell means or why one corner is always busier, rather than reciting facts. I leave real time at the end for whatever people want to ask about Lithuanian food.
