I worked for a few years near the government quarter before I moved into guiding, so the Reichstag's glass dome is still the building I most enjoy explaining, especially the idea of a public viewing platform sitting directly above the debating chamber. On camera I like following the river Spree as it bends around the government buildings, since the water gives a natural thread to walk along. I keep a warm, steady pace and take questions throughout about how the building and the wider quarter were rebuilt after reunification. Video suits this area well, since the glass and water both photograph better in motion than in a still shot.
