I trained as a restorer and worked on stonework at Casa de las Conchas years ago, so I know the building's carved shells better than almost anyone still working in the city. On camera I walk from that house to the Clerecía towers, pointing out details in the Plateresque carving that most visitors walk straight past without noticing. I explain restoration choices honestly, including where a repair is visible if you know where to look. I keep the pace slow, since stone carving rewards a much closer look than a typical walking pace allows.
