I am from Lancaster originally, came to London for drama school and stayed for the pubs, if I am honest. I spent eight years working front of house in West End theatres and behind bars in Soho, which is the best education in the city's gossip you can get. Now I guide, and I use everything I learned: which pub the actors drink in after the show, where the old music hall stood, why a bar on Dean Street has no sign. I also take people out to Windsor, because my nan lived there and I spent every summer on the river. I speak English and German, the second from a year working in a theatre in Hamburg. I am relaxed and a bit theatrical, and I will not make you drink anything you do not want to. Soft drinks count as a round with me.
