Xabi Irigoyen

I am Basque before I am French, and I make sure every call includes at least one thing that has nothing to do with Napoleon's wife, since most Biarritz stories start and end with her. Pelota is what I actually grew up playing, and I like showing the fronton and explaining the sport properly rather than treating it as a curiosity. I speak some Basque alongside French and English, and I use it more than people expect when we pass certain shopfronts or signs. My calls run a little longer than most since I tend to keep talking once a topic gets interesting.
