About this tour
This session walks from Knez Mihailova street to Kalemegdan fortress and on into old Dorćol. The camera follows the pedestrian street to the fortress, stops at the Pobednik statue overlooking where the Sava meets the Danube, and finishes outside the Bajrakli mosque in Dorćol. It traces central Belgrade's old core and the quarter just beyond its walls.
After a sound check, the guide walks the route stop by stop in the order above, explaining the history behind each site, with live questions taken throughout. A short list of what was covered follows once the walk ends.
This suits anyone interested in Belgrade's layered history, whether planning a first visit or looking back on one already made.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
