Moda's seafront promenade at sunset
Highlights
- Moda's seafront at sunset
- A pier and a settling evening crowd
- The historic peninsula across the water
- Why locals gather here at dusk
- The Asian side's evening rhythm
About this tour
This session follows Moda's seafront promenade as the evening light changes, ending at a viewpoint facing the historic peninsula across the water. You see the small pier, the crowd settling on the grass and the sunset itself in the same session. Sibel, who lives nearby, explains why this stretch has become such a fixture of local evenings.
The call opens with a sound check along the promenade, then follows it toward the sunset viewpoint as the light drops. Sibel answers questions about the neighbourhood and sends a short note afterwards on the best times for the light.
This suits anyone who wants an evening sense of the Asian side rather than a monument-focused walk. It also pairs well with the Kadıköy market session nearby.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
