Riva waterfront at evening
Highlights
- A palm-lined evening promenade
- The palace wall along the water
- Ferries moored for the night
- Split's natural evening gathering point
- The old town lit up from the harbour
About this tour
This session walks the Riva, Split's palm-lined waterfront promenade, as it fills up for the evening. You see the palace wall running along one side of the walk and then the harbour end, with ferries and boats moored against the lit-up old town behind them. It is the natural evening gathering point for the whole city.
We start partway along the Riva with a sound check, then walk toward the harbour for the second stop, taking questions about the boats and the buildings along the way. A short note follows once the session ends.
It suits visitors who want to see Split's evening side after a daytime look at the palace. It also works well as a relaxed closing session to a longer day.
Included
- Live video walk with a local guide

- A short list of places to visit later

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
