This evening session looks at Ølhallen, the pub inside the Mack Brewery building, and the bars nearby that fill up once evening starts. You see the pub's interior through the window and the busier street beyond it. Ingeborg draws on her own shifts pouring beer there to describe the difference between the brewery's own crowd and the newer bars around it.
