The cathedral and the Miguelete, in three doorways

- A cathedral's changing story, told from outside
About this tour
This session looks at Valencia Cathedral from its square, tracing how the building grew across several centuries. You see three doorways in three different styles and the octagonal Miguelete tower rising above them. It is a compact history lesson told through one building's changing facades.
I move around the square to catch each doorway in turn, then step back for the tower itself. I take your questions on the building's history throughout, and send a short summary once we finish.
This suits anyone interested in how a single building can record centuries of change. It also works well as a first stop before exploring the old town further.

How reviews work
Only travellers who booked and paid through Locals Guide and whose tour took place can leave a review, within 60 days of the tour. Every review is marked "Verified booking". We check reviews before they appear and publish positive and negative ones alike; we remove only reviews that break our rules (insults, personal data, unrelated content). Guides cannot pay for, edit or hide reviews, and ratings are the plain average of all published reviews.
