Danny Kearney

Now then. I am Danny, born in Walton, a Blue for my sins, and a guide in this city since 2017. Before that I drove a black cab for eleven years, which is how I learned that most visitors come for the Beatles and leave in love with the docks, the people and the humour. My dad worked at Cammell Laird shipyard and my granddad was a docker, so I grew up on stories of the river. I speak English and Spanish, the second from my wife, who is from Valencia. I like a laugh on my tours and I will probably sing at least once. Now I show Liverpool live on a video call, phone in hand, and I answer questions as they come.
