Vieux Aix is a small enough old town that I can cover most of it slowly on a single call without repeating a corner. I point the camera up at the shutters and the carved stone above doorways, since that is the detail most visitors miss when they walk it themselves. I trained as a local guide years before any of this went online, and I still prepare a route the night before even though the conversation always changes it. What I like about the video format is that someone in a different time zone can stop me mid sentence and ask about a single fountain.
