Iker Etxeberria

I grew up above a bar in Calle Somera, so I learned the rules of pintxos before I learned to ride a bike. You never sit down for a whole evening in the same place. After twelve years as a guide in Bilbao I still follow those rules, and I teach them to everybody who walks with me. I studied tourism in Leioa and spent two seasons working in a cider house in Astigarraga, which explains my opinions on cider. I speak Basque, Spanish, English and French. I am relaxed about most things, but not about Athletic, bacalao al pil pil, or people who put ketchup on a tortilla. Today my sessions are live video walks through Bilbao; you join from home, and I answer whatever you ask as we go.
