I trained as an art guide around the Ghent Altarpiece, and I still notice a new detail in the panels every time I describe them on camera. My sessions usually move between the cathedral, the quays at Graslei and Korenlei, and the belfry, since together they give a good sense of how the medieval city was built up around trade and worship. I like slowing down at the details a quick pass would miss, a carved panel or a guild mark on a warehouse front. I keep a warm, steady pace and always leave proper time for questions at the end.
