I sold fish at the Bergen market stalls for a decade before training as a guide, so the Fisketorget is still where I feel most useful on camera. My session walks the harbourside stalls, explaining what is being sold that day and how the market has changed since I first worked there. A second session continues out along the Nordnes peninsula, past the older housing toward the aquarium at its tip. I try to keep both sessions close to the water throughout, since Bergen's relationship with the sea is the thing I most want to get across on a screen.
